Design Plan
Fixture positions, beam angles and intensities mapped into balanced layers, with transformer and cable runs sized for later additions.
Installation
Low-impact install of the 12V system: shallow cable routing, tidy connections and smart control set up and tested.
Night Reveal
We return after dark to aim every fixture, dial back glare and adjust brightness — the only time the finished composition is actually visible.

- What is a 12V low voltage outdoor lighting system?
- A transformer steps mains power down to 12 volts before it ever reaches the garden. The cable can be laid in shallow beds rather than deep trenched conduit, so existing planting and root systems stay intact, and the circuit is safe to handle around children and pets.
- Why do you use the in-lite system?
- in-lite is a Dutch outdoor lighting system built around one plug-and-play 12V platform, with durable outdoor-rated finishes and sealed connections suited to the rain on this coast. Because every fixture shares the same connector, a scheme can be extended or re-aimed years later without rewiring.
- Which areas do you serve?
- Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, including the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, the Tri-Cities, Langley, Maple Ridge and New Westminster. Consultations are available by appointment throughout the Lower Mainland.
- How long does an installation take?
- Most residential schemes are installed in one to two days once the design is approved. We finish with a night visit to aim each fixture after dark, which is when beam angles and glare are actually visible.
- Can you add to a lighting system later?
- Yes. We size the transformer and cable runs with headroom, so a deck, a new tree or a driveway extension can be added onto the existing circuit rather than starting again.
- Do you work with landscapers and builders?
- Regularly. Lighting is cleanest when it is planned alongside hardscaping, so we are happy to coordinate with your landscape contractor or builder before the beds are planted.
